Discussion

While there are of course no real Elves, there are (artificial) Elvish languages (Quenya and Sindarin), nearly as legitimate as Klingon or some other artificial languages, if perhaps not as widely used. There are Wikipedia articles on both [WWW] Quenya and [WWW] Sindarin, as well as posthumous attempts to "normalize" these languages into a practical form. [WWW] J.R.R. Tolkien invented both Elvish languages, so if anyone could be said to be a native speaker, it would be him. (His works in MusicBrainz, however, are audiobooks, primarily in English).

A number of songs with Elvish lyrics and titles are [WWW] available on the web; all but one of these are performed by [WWW] Jessica Butler. Another artist that may perform Elvish songs is [WWW] The Tolkien Ensemble - most of their works are clearly in English, however, as are the titles of the (possibly) Elvish works (musical adaptations of Tolkien's Elvish poetry). @alex
