Relationship Attributes

"begin date" and "end date" (DateRelationshipAttribute)

If a PerformanceName is only used for a specific period of time, you may use these dates to specify that period, with the DateRelationshipAttribute.

Examples

[WWW] Madonna is the performance name for [WWW] Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone.

A more dubious example is [WWW] Björk, which is shown in the database as a performance name for [WWW] Björk Guðmundsdóttir. However, that's not strictly accurate, because [WWW] Icelandic names don't work the same as other European names, and the last name is a description, not really a name. As that wikipedia article says:

The group [WWW] Spinal Tap is composed of several fictional characters, played by actors. In this case, the fictional characters' names are performance names for the actor's name:

Note that the PerformanceName is used for their membership of the band: see MemberOfBandRelationshipStyle.
