Correction to option "Use standardized artist names"

According to this description, this option gets overwritten by "Translate artist names to this locale where possible". Al teas tin Picard 1.1, it is the other way round: this option is overwriting the "Translate to locate" option. Brainz34 (talk) 09:54, 6 April 2013 (UTC)
