History:MB Wikipedia ARs

NOTE: This project has almost been completed. Please visit MB Wikipedia Album ARs for another 326 pages of fun to work through!

Each list here contains a batch of Wikipedia links to work through. As you claim one to work on, please add --~~~~ to that line to claim it, so we don't end up stepping on each other's toes! :)

This script will work with both Greasemonkey and UserJS; it will auto-click the "submit edit" button for you after you click the "Create Link" link... saves some hassle. Remember to turn it off when you're doing unrelated editing, or it will be rather annoying when you're adding unrelated urls to the site!

I'm not sure how easy it would be, but perhaps you could update the script to ignore Wiki pages that are redirects. -- BogdanButnaru 13:03, 07 February 2008 (UTC)

Not very - this is also why 76-78 are such "slow" lists. I'm working through #77 and quite know what you mean. I'm still trying to think of an easy way to do it other than just turning off GM while doing redirects, so you can copy/paste. -- BrianSchweitzer 16:47, 07 February 2008 (UTC)

http://faux.no-ip.biz/mbreports/wikibfhide.php shows versions of these pages with any albums that already have a Wikipedia AR hidden (ie. it should be (nearly) empty when the list is complete). Note that the data it uses lags behind the real database by at least an hour, so you still need to use the hide buttons, and that it's a massive hack, so some things may not work right, do check the original list. -- FauxFaux 12:35, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

Each list contains 100 items. Please, if you claim a list, finish it.

Alert.png Lists 76, 77, and 78 will likely take much longer to work through than the other 75 lists.
