The download URL section points directly to the full export directory and does not mention the existence of a smaller sample dataset.

Would it make sense to either:

• change the URLs to point to the parent directory, and document the existence of both `fullexport` and `sample`, or
• mention the existence of the sample data set and duplicate the URL list, pointing to `sample` instead of `fullexport` in each?
