This list should be revised twice a year, shortly after each schema change and should usually include browser versions with at least a 0.5% share of traffic over the previous 6 months. While we don't fully support Android Browser, feel free to report any bugs on 4.0+ so that we know what is broken in it.

As of 25th May 2015, the MusicBrainz website officially supports the following browsers:

  • Apple Safari 7.0 or newer
  • Google Chrome 39 or newer
  • Internet Explorer 8 or newer when logged out, 11 or newer when logged in
  • Mozilla Firefox 31 or newer
  • Opera 12.10 or newer
