This EditType changes the release attributes (type/status) of a release 
How to do it
- The edit release attributes link Edit can be found in the blue footer of the release box on the artist or release page . The link takes you to a page where you can edit the release attributes

Prerequisites
An EditReleaseAttributesEdit will fail due to a FailedPrerequisite if another EditReleaseAttributesEdit changes the release attributes of this release.
Dependencies
An EditReleaseAttributesEdit will fail due to a FailedDependency if the release is deleted by a RemoveReleaseEdit or a RemoveReleasesEdit.
