A hidden track can mean:

* a track that is not listed on the release's sleeve (→[[Untitled Track Style|UntitledTrackStyle]]).
* a song in the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pregap pregap] of track 1 on a CD, i.e. is located before the first track (a so-called pregap track). These should be entered as [[Non-Album Track|non-album track]]s until ticket [[Ticket:811|811]] is implemented. There is also a list of [[Releases With Pregap Tracks|releases with pre-gap tracks]].
* one or more songs that follow another song on the same track, usually after a longer period of silence, but are not listed on the sleeve (→[[Untitled Track Style|UntitledTrackStyle]] & [[Multiple Title Style|MultipleTitleStyle]]).
