Welcome to the Music Hack Day Boston MusicBrainz landing page. This page aims to give you a simple quick start guide for things you may find useful for including MusicBrainz in your hack day projects.

• MusicBrainz introduction -- A short introduction to what MusicBrainz is and is not.
• Editing MusicBrainz -- An overview on how to edit MusicBrainz.
• MusicBrainz web service API -- Documentation on how to use the MusicBrainz' RESTful web service API. Use this API to search for MusicBrainz artstis/releases/tracks/labels/collections and retrieve resources based on MBIDs.
• MusicBrainz client library -- Access MusicBrainz from your application using one of our many language bindings. This takes a lot of work out of the using the web service API listed above.
