This describes speech done on whole releases or just tracks that is done by a narrator. A narrator tells stories but normally does not speak spoken parts. Typically this the case for fairytales and other children's stories. Note that this is different from audiobooks, which are read by a reader. This one could be useful for audiobooks, spoken children's stories and classical releases.

This is how it would be implemented for artist--track:
From an OO point of view, might it be something like "track spoken by ..." then the attribute "as introduction | as narration | as [[Director Commentary|DirectorCommentary]]..." (Also many [[Audio Books|AudioBooks]] are acted out by a number of characters, not just a narrator: "as actor" or "as character N") --[[Chuck__Carmody]]
<ul><li style="list-style-type:none">Dudes forget this introduction thing! It was just an example for spoken parts on live albums or for spoken parts in general. I see no way why we should have a special handling for "introduction". And also I don't think attributes would do it as "artist spoke album/track" and "artist narrated album/track" are totally different link phrases. The idea of different speaking roles in a track (similar to guest performances) might be nice but we should not forget that this site is mostly about music and not about theater plays or something so we should not stretch this too much :) --[[User:Shepard|Shepard]]

Description

This describes speech done on whole releases or just tracks that is done by a narrator. A narrator tells stories but normally does not speak spoken parts. Typically this the case for fairytales and other children's stories. Note that this is different from audiobooks, which are read by a reader. For those use ReaderRelationshipType.

This AdvancedRelationshipType is part of the PerformanceRelationshipClass. It is a special case of SpeakerRelationshipType.
