Any format:

Clear vinyl sleeve (picture disc etc.)
Paper/Cardboard Sleeve -- (note: in the current ngs database, this is listed as "Paper Sleeve". If we're actually going to have this much detail, some users are going to list "Other" for cardboard or plastic sleeves. Maybe we should just go with "Sleeve".) Torc 03:03, 18 May 2011 (UTC)

Picture frame (very rare but as a collector you come across strangest types of packaging)
