Works with multiple opus numbers

What about works with multiple opus numbers? Luigi Boccherini composed some works without opus numbers which were then given opus numbers by the publisher. Some time later Boccherini gave these works opus numbers by himself, so now they have 2 Opus numbers (example). (Information is taken from Wikipedia). Should we keep both of them, use Boccherinis or the ones from the publishers? --Mineo 13:18, 17 April 2011 (UTC)
