The instrument tree is the list of instruments that may be used with relationship types which use the instrument relationship attribute. As the list is very large, it is not included here. You can see the full list on the server.
You could refer to Musical Terms Translations or Credit Translations if you're searching translation of common musical terms.
New Instruments

If you still can't find the instrument you are looking for, new instruments are suggested and discussed on the requests page. An instrument will normally be added once five releases have been found.
