Add(/fix) testing

There's currently one, broken test. Fix that test and add more tests!

Add i18n

We have some strings now. They should be translatable.

  1. Use html5 as much as is practical
  2. Use separate templates for header/footer/etc
  3. Make the debug section prettier
  4. Find a way to add the runserver.py version to the debug section (or wherever)
