MusicBrainz Batch Edits

Sometimes mass editing can be useful, for example to update all external links to a website that changed its policy or just closed. Instead of entering thousands of edits by hand, this can be done programmatically using bots or server-sided scripts (such as NormalizeToHTTPS). Since it requires programming skills (additionally to editing habits), the project “MusicBrainz Batch Edits” (MBBE) has been created to allow all editors to share mass editing tasks with programmation-savvy editors.
