MusicIP Mixer is a program by MusicIP that has features used to analyze music files to generate PUIDs on the MusicIP server. The software is available for download at http://www.musicip.com/listener/products/application-downloads
There is a 'lite' stand alone version of the PUID generating features of MMM named "genpuid" and available at http://www.musicip.com/dns/downloads.jsp. It can be used to generate and submit the appropriate info to create a PUID without all the music library stuff. MusicAnalysis cannot be integrated into the PicardTagger, because the process is closed source and Picard is GPLed.
