MusicIP Mixer is a program by MusicIP that has features used to analyze music files to generate PUIDs on the MusicIP server, amongst other added value "end user" features (recommending similar music, building playlists etc)

There is a 'lite' command line version of the PUID generating features of MMM named genpuid available to registered users. It can be used to generate and submit the appropriate info to create a new PUID without all the music library stuff. MusicAnalysis cannot be integrated into the PicardTagger, because the process is closed source and Picard is GPLed.
