Revision as of 08:08, 8 July 2018

This project aims to increase the coverage of non-male composers in MusicBrainz, at least initially based on the Composer Diversity Database.

The composers can be added to the Composer Diversity Database collection, in order for editors to be able to subscribe to the collection and follow edits on their data.

Since MusicBrainz does not yet allow for collaborative collections as such, please add any composers that should be added to the collection here, and I (reosarevok) will add them to the collection itself as soon as I notice it :)

COMPOSERS TO BE ADDED:

35 top female composers from the WaPo https://www.washingtonpost.com/entertainment/music/the-top-women-composers-in-classical-music/2017/08/04/319274d4-76f2-11e7-803f-a6c989606ac7_story.html

I (loujin) haven't checked whether they are already in the collection
