Typographical Notes

For the original UK series, there was no exclamation mark in the title until volume 18, which placed it after "Now". It was only moved to its present position after "Music" from volume 20 onward. Most of the foreign series have used this format. Volumes 2 and 13 in the UK series also used Roman numerals (II and XIII respectively), unlike the rest of the series.
