Status: This Page is Glorious History! The content of this page either is bit-rotted, or has lost its reason to exist due to some new features having been implemented in MusicBrainz, or maybe just described something that never made it in (or made it in a different way), or possibly is meant to store information and memories about our Glorious Past. This page outlines the capitalization rules for the Vietnamese language. It forms part of the MusicBrainz capitalization standard.

In English

• Do not capitalize any word except for:
  • the first letter of the text
  • the first letter of a sentence after . ! ? / :
  • the first letter of proper and geographical names (persons, cities, nations, etc.)

Punctuation

Like in English, do not include any space before punctuation, including but not limited to ? ! ; : . , ... (French punctuation style can occasionally be found in printed Vietnamese, but rarely in digital form. In MusicBrainz, this style should not be applied.)
