If the web-page includes a specifically open-content license, then users should be encouraged to note this information in MusicBrainz, possibly with a relationship attribute?

Should we use DateRelationshipAttribute here to record what period the biography covers? How about using the end date to record when the biography was last updated?

The link phrase says "the biography" instead of "a biography". Is this implying that there should only be one?
