things to look at:
- release editor seeding, if it's correct, should be moved
- JS autocomplete API is internal, so possibly should be removed, dunno
- although if the data's correct moving it out of User:kuno would be good
- environment variables needs checking, I have no idea if that's relevant at all
- JS testing should be reviewed and then moved
- building picard on OS X should be looked over and moved
