things to look at:

  • release editor seeding, if it's correct, should be moved
  • JS autocomplete API is internal, so possibly should be removed, dunno
  • although if the data's correct moving it out of User:kuno would be good
  • environment variables needs checking, I have no idea if that's relevant at all
  • JS testing should be reviewed and then moved
  • building picard on OS X should be looked over and moved
