  • When someone wrote both the music and the lyrics, should ComposerRelationshipType, LyricistRelationshipType, or both be used?
  • Both. -- jesus2099 09:44, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
  • Does "writing lyrics" include writing the melody of the lyrics? Does it include writing the rhythm of the lyrics?
  • Should this be used for spoken word tracks? Poems? Recordings of plays?
  • I think yes. -- jesus2099 09:44, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

  • Should this be used if the person translated the lyrics? Or should it link to the original writer?
  • A new LyricsTranslatorRelationshipType would be nice, wouldn't it ? Otherwise, LyricistRelationshipType between track and both original author and translator should be OK, in the meanwhile… -- jesus2099 09:44, 17 July 2007 (UTC)

  • When an artist wrote the lyrics of all tracks on the release, should one assign the LyricistRelationshipType to the release only ? -- jesus2099 09:44, 17 July 2007 (UTC)
