Question on the first bullet - "had an audience at the time"... Bootlegs often include intro/outro music, which is frequently a PA broadcasting of pre-recorded music, but also including the ambient audience noise. These would seem to fall into a grey zone with this attribute, seeming to be "live" by this definition, even though they're not what anyone would otherwise consider "live" performances. BrianFreud
