==How To Transclude a WikiDocs Page==

Only '''TransclusionEditors''' are able to do this. Go to the [http://musicbrainz.org/edit/wikitransclusion/transclusion.html Wiki Transclusion Table]. There you will see lines like the example below, which can be edited or removed; new ones can also be added. When a [[WikiDocs]] page has been edited by a fellow [[WikiZen]] and the changes conform with the style guidelines and other social aspects, and most important, make the documentation better - then the change should be reflected on the main server. To do this, use the '''Edit''' button to update to the revision number of the page in the transclusion table.
: [[Image:Attention.png]] ''Please be very careful to enter the correct [[Wiki Name|WikiName]] and revision number, they are '''not''' checked for correctness.''

If you add a page to the transclusion table you take some responsibility for that page. You should show it, by
* subscribing to the corresponding [[Wiki Page|WikiPage]],
* adding a note to the bottom (just before the categories) that you're monitoring this [[WikiDocs Page|WikiDocsPage]].<br/> To do this, use the [[Template:WikiDocsPageMonitoredBy]] template as follows: <code><nowiki>{{WikiDocsPageMonitoredBy|murdos}}</nowiki></code>.

Also make sure
* each [[WikiDocs Page|WikiDocsPage]] is in [[:Category:WikiDocs Page]],

==Old WikiDocs==

Before the current [[WikiDocs]] using the [[Main Wiki|MainWiki]] and the [[Transclusion Table|TransclusionTable]], there was an old WikiDocs that was a separate Wiki; this deprecated version used URLs like musicbrainz.org/'''wd'''/PageName but these should not be used any more.
