A master’s student at UC Berkeley’s School of Information, I’ve been assigned the task of contributing to a commons/open source project for a class called Commons-Based Peer Production. As a music critic and fan, I chose MusicBrainz.
I've only been a registered user for about a month, and I'm slowly learning the ways of the community and the system. I'm chronicling my experiences here: Jess's MusicBrainz Blog. Any tips or advice from longtime editors is welcome!
