The basics:

1. Use the title as it appears on the cover. Classical titles are often just a list of works.
2. Use only the artists that appear on the cover. Composers first, then performers. Use full names, not just last names.
3. Track artist should be the composer, or [unknown].

More advanced:

1. Add performance ARs.
2. Add work ARs.
3. Set the recording artist to the performer. (See the “change all artists” userscript)
