The basics:

1. Use the title as it appears on the cover. If the title is just a list of works, separate them with a slash.
2. Use only the artists that appear on the cover. Composers first, then performers. Use full names, not just last names.
3. Track artist be the composer, or [unknown].

More advanced:

1. Set the recording artist to the performer.
2. Add performance ARs.
3. Add work ARs.
