  • look at link phrases and set them up for translation
  • sweep code and templates to make sure everything that should be translatable is thrown at l/ln/__/whatever (including things coming out of the DB)
  • a manner of choosing language separate from browser preferences (potentially tied to user preferences, but this should be available without logging in)
  • number formats?
  • RTL. Oh god. Alternate stylesheets? Probably also needed for CJK, etc. Also, @font-face's unicode-range (not supported by opera, but I think by everything else?)
