Bad Enhanced CD / CD Extra / CD+ Disc ID (bad TOC)

Some bugged software submit the data track of Enhanced CD / CD Extra / CD+ as if it was an audio track. Such releases can’t be fixed that easily by non‐admins.

How to fix Bad Enhanced CD / CD Extra / CD+ Disc ID (TOC)

  1. Go to TOC page (musicbrainz.org/cdtoc/…-) and copy the TOC table called Track details, save it somewhere
  2. Remove TOC from release, wait for 1 week to pass
  3. Change last track into a data track, wait for 1 week to pass
  4. From saved TOC, compute a last track amputated TOC and submit it to the release
  5. Set track times from TOC
