I would like to propose adding http://www.kasi-time.com/ to the whitelist for permitted lyrics sites. They specialize in J-POP and music from Japanese Anime and games.

This proposal will add the site to the list on Style/Relationships/URLs/Lyrics whitelist so that users are permitted to link to the site in lyrics ARs.

An example of one of their lyrics pages is [1] (this is the general form of a URL for linking to them.)

They also have links by singer/performer: [2] Lyricist: [3] Composer: [4] and even Arranger: [5] although I'm not certain how useful those could be; perhaps allow the links by performer or lyricist to be used on artists?

They are licensed by JASRAC in Japan to host the lyrics, and list their JASRAC member code at the bottom right of their home page.

Their policy for linking appears to be that they allow arbitrary incoming links to their lyrics pages - scroll down to the bottom of the lyrics page, and you'll see that they even provide some example HTML code for use linking from "your homepage or blog".

Jim DeLaHunt has helpfully contacted the site and received permission to allow linking. A copy of the response is reproduced here:
