Who are you?
I'm Simon, 23 years old, from Germany. I study computer sciences. You can find me in the IRC.

What are your prefered scopes on Music Brainz?
GermanArtists, Metal&Gothic bands, splitting artists, from time to time merging artists, adding band members and websites, completly clearing up "small" artists by adding complete releasedates, fixing each and every name, setting languages, correcting album types and adding missing albums. :)

To Do List
* Thinking on how to solve the LegalName / PerformanceName problems.
* Finding a solution for the "person legally changed name to" problem and how to model a band name change. Bands that have to be fixed then:
** Pretty Suicide is now known as Future 86
** Erben der Schöpfung (has one cd release) is now known as Elis
** Global Playboys (has one vinyl release) is now known as Global Deejays
** Kingdom (has one cd release) is now known as Domain
** Apocalypse is now known as After Forever

* How to relate Die Toten Hosen and Die Roten Rosen (the band DTH released some albums under the name DRR)
* Adding some releases/releasedates/band members to some bands :)
* Adding all artists that worked on Ayreon albums and connecting them to the albums
* Completing and fixing some german sampler series:
** Bravo Hits
** The Dome
** Kuschelrock
** Booom

* Fixing Falco
* Fixing Enigma
