Current:
Do not remove EP
If the word “EP” or “E.P.” is part of a release title, it should be retained.
Proposed:
Do not remove format designations that are part of the title, or add them if they aren't in the title
If a release includes a designation such as EP or E.P., 7", CD, LP, single, etc. as part of its title, the designation should be included in the Release Title. If a format designation is not explicitly part of the title, it should not be added.
