:It isn't really related to capitalization, although of course we could piggy-back it, just like the spaces issue is in [[Capitalization Standard Vietnamese]]. Most importantly, I still can't figure out what a good guideline for full-width vs half-width would be. Any normalization would look weird in some cases with mixed language and where MusicBrainz mandates a certain format (subtitle style and anything in parenthesis, mostly). It isn't really related to capitalization, although of course we could piggy-back it, just like the spaces issue is in Capitalization Standard Vietnamese. Most importantly, I still can't figure out what a good guideline for full-width vs half-width would be. Any normalization would look weird in some cases with mixed language and where MusicBrainz mandates a certain format (subtitle style and anything in parenthesis, mostly).
