It isn't really related to capitalization, although of course we could piggy-back it, just like the spaces issue is in Capitalization Standard Vietnamese. Most importantly, I still can't figure out what a good guideline for full-width vs half-width would be. I'm not entirely sure myself, exactly - I guess I just wouldn't want to see CJK transliterated to Latin but using Latin fullwidth, not halfwidth. BrianSchweitzer 09:27, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
