Release Artist

The proposal has "The Release Artist should be assigned to the composer", I think that sentence needs the capitalization of "Release Artist" because otherwise it would often demand submitters to commit misrepresentation. --Erik Warmelink 21:21, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
