An [[Edit]] can be failed due to a failed prerequisite condition by the [[ModBot]]. This condition is satisfied if the [[Release Title|ReleaseTitle]] of a release was changed in the time between an [[Edit Release Name Edit|EditReleaseNameEdit]] was entered, and the [[ModBot]] tries to apply it. This can happen if there are multiple pending edits entered for the same change and the later one is approved by the voters, or if an [[Auto-Editor|AutoEditor]] changes the title, forcing the edit to be applied instantly. (This is something [[Auto-Editor|AutoEditor]]<code><nowiki></nowiki></code>s should not do according to the [[Code Of Conduct|CodeOfConduct]].) |
