failed Prerequisite

An Edit can be failed due to a failed prerequisite condition by the ModBot. This condition is satisfied if the ReleaseTitle of a release was changed in the time between an EditReleaseNameEdit was entered, and the ModBot tries to apply it. This can happen if there are multiple pending edits entered for the same change and the later one is approved by the voters, or if an AutoEditor changes the title, forcing the edit to be applied instantly. (This is something AutoEditors should not do according to the CodeOfConduct.)
