The comment field only appears if there are two labels with the same name. But sometimes, it might be useful to add a comment to a label, though there is no other identically named label. There is an easy trick to achieve this in one edit: |

* The server will notice the existing label has the same name, and will providing the comment field (and a confirmation checkbox to make sure you know what you're doing). |
