Style Proposal

A StyleProposal is a proposal to change something to do with style guidelines. All that is needed to make such a guideline change is a decision to do so following a RequestForVeto in the style mailinglist.

An alternate type of StyleProposal is the addition of an AdvanceRelationship. These can be added by any RelationshipEditor once a consensus is formed, also following a RequestForVeto in the style mailinglist.
