Privacy Issues for MusicBrainz Editors

There is now an official Privacy Policy - it covers general data like access logs, cookies, and referrer data, additional data associated with editor accounts, and mailing lists. It doesn't cover this Wiki, nor the recently-added weblog. The initial (current) version of this privacy policy is dated 2004-09-22; unlike other documentation and information, it has not been copied to the Wiki since it represents a contract of sorts with the MusicBrainz users, and as such should not be changed without due consideration.

• This changes now, with the moderated WikiDocs system. The content can be freezed on a certain revision, and is therefore as solid as static content lying on the web server. --Keschte
