1. it needs to be in a single location (e.g. NotDuplicateArtists, NotDuplicateAlbums)
2. it's very long (e.g. MilesDavisInPerson), or
3. it applies to multiple artists (e.g. SantanaVsCarlosSantana) or albums

In either case, it is probably a good idea to put links to the Wiki metadata pages in the relevant annotations.
